Q1: What bikes are available for rent?
A: Do drop us a text using Whatsapp at 91375058 to confirm availability.
Q2: How does the rental booking work?
A: Check availability of bike with us via Whatsapp. Then, cart out the bike and pay online to book, ride away, return.
Q3: What time can I collect or return the bike?
A: We have a self collection system, so stay tuned. No extra charges, please whatsapp us once the order is made, 24 hours notice period is preferred.
Q4: Is the security deposit required?
A: Yes, we will require a security deposit of S$90 per bike rented. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the bike in its original condition. Any damages incurred to the bike will be charged accordingly and deducted from the deposit.
Q5: I would like to have the bike delivered to a specific location. Will there be delivery cost?
A: Yes, see Shipping/Delivery page or go to end of checkout under shipping, automatically calculated depending on quantity.
Q6: If I rent on Saturday afternoon and return on Sunday morning is it considered 2 days rental or 1?
A: Rentals are based on 24 hours period, so just one day!
Q7: I would like to cancel my rental. How does cancellation work?
A: There will be a $10 admin fee per bike if payment is made via credit card or Paypal, and for offline payment there will be a full refund.
Q8: How long does it take for the refund to occur?
A: Once returned, deposit processing takes 1-3 days for statement to appear and 4-10 days for fund to complete.
Paypal/Paynow/Paylah is possible too, but do allow us a few days to do the refund as it can get busy throughout the days 🙏
Q10: Anything to take note about cycling in Singapore?

Q11: What if I get a flat tire or run into a mechanical issue?
A: We strongly encourage you to select the add-on repair kit that has a spare tube, multi tool, tire lever and pump.
Else Google maps search the nearest bike shop for repair if you want to continue riding or take a Grab 6 (family MPV) that can fold the rear seats to take the bike in whole back to the shop.
Q12: Can I rent the bike for a few hours? Half a day?
A: Yes, the rate remains the same, the minimum rate is 24 hours, feel free to return the bike early, late charges for late returns.
